Community Involvement

Supporting Our Professional and Local Communities

We feel strongly that community is not a one-dimensional concept. It’s a rich, vibrant, active and involved group of people that includes our customers, committee members and employees, plus the communities in which we live and work.

With this philosophy in mind, employees are encouraged to join our Community Impact and Social Events Teams, as well as our Professional Development Employee Resource Group.

Early Warning Actively Supports our Communities

  • Members of our Community Impact Team raise awareness for local nonprofit organizations, plan company-wide outreach activities and work to enhance the lives of those in our local communities in need!
  • The Social Events Team – which subscribes to the motto the more the merrier – plans happy hours, game nights, bowling and themed parties, among other fun activities.
  • Employees who are part of the Professional Development Resource Group create enterprise-wide professional development opportunities including Lunch N Learns, bringing in external guest speakers, hosting book clubs and more.
Community Involvement

Members of the Early Warning leadership team also sit on a number of industry and local boards. Nationally, they serve on the FIDO Alliance and NACHA’s Payments Innovation Alliance Advisory Program. In Arizona, this includes: AIESEC at Arizona State, the Arizona Chapter of the ALS Association, the Arizona Polish Festival, Cyber Security Canyon, Iterate.PHX, New Way Academy, Phoenix Groovy and Grails User Group, and the Triple R Horse Rescue. In Chicago, this includes Access Living, the Dean’s Advisory Board of the College of Applied Sciences and Technology at Illinois State University, and the Illinois Information Technology Association.
