Healthy Living Classes – are available on a regular basis, covering a wide variety of subjects designed to make healthy living a way of life.
One-On-One Health Coaching – we offer individualized health coaching with certified professionals to provide a personalized approach to health and wellness. Regularly scheduled health coaching sessions are available to address a wide variety of nutritional, fitness and health matters.
In-House Yoga – employees can stretch their mind and body at the office by attending in-house yoga sessions.
Move-It Program – employees from all levels of fitness status, from those who have never actively engaged in fitness to those who are very experienced, have joined our Move-It Program to get in shape or continue to maintain and improve their fitness level. This is a small group training program with a personal trainer which includes a gym membership and weekly fitness programs tailored for each participant. Employee successes include significant weight loss, lower blood pressure, reduced cholesterol, improved blood sugar levels, increase in strength and lean muscle mass and overall improvement in health.
Health Screenings and Assessments –because we care about the
health and safety of those who work for us, we provide on-site health
screenings to increase employee awareness of their own personal health
status and then provide the tools and resources to help reduce risk factors.
Healthy Cooking Classes – several times a year, we offer healthy culinary instruction that makes eating right not only easy… but fun!
MOM: Mobile On-site Mammography – we make it easy for employees to complete this important routine exam by bringing the mobile mammography program on-site.
Flu Shots – we believe in maximizing the opportunity to keep our employees healthy by offering this type of annual protection against seasonal flu viruses.
Walking Groups – we encourage our employees to take a break, stretch their legs, get outside and get some fresh air with their co-workers.
Group Hikes – our employee hiking group loves the great outdoors, and schedules several weekend day hikes on local trails throughout the year.
Monthly Newsletters – to keep employees informed, we provide regular newsletters on timely health and wellness topics.
