PAID TIME OFF (PTO) - to promote work-life balance we offer an exceptional paid time off program. This includes four weeks of PTO in addition to the holidays and volunteer time described below.
401K RETIREMENT PLAN with a company match two-year vesting period and a broad array of funds.
PROFIT SHARING – Early Warning employees share in the company’s profitability through an annual cash rewards profit sharing program.
MEDICAL – Early Warning pays the majority of the premiums for medical coverage which includes two preferred provider organization (PPO) plans with varying levels of deductibles and co-pays to meet the preferences of our employees.
DENTAL – a comprehensive dental plan includes varying levels of coverage for preventive care, basic procedures, major restorative and orthodontia.
VISION – our vision plan encompasses coverage for eye exams, lenses for eye glasses, frames and contact lenses.
LIFE INSURANCE – we provide life insurance along with the option to purchase supplemental coverage
EMPLOYER PAID DISABILITY INSURANCE – short term and long term coverage provide continuing income should an employee be unable to work due to a disabling injury or illness
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (EAP) – employees and their families have access to confidential, short-term counseling and referral services.
FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNTS (FSA) – employees may contribute with pre-tax dollars for health and dependent care expenses that are not covered by other parts of our comprehensive benefits program.
FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENTS – we recognize the importance of flexibility in the workplace, and offer a wide variety of flexible work arrangements that vary throughout the company based on department, customer, employee and job needs.
HOLIDAY PAY – in addition to our generous PTO program, we offer eight paid holidays per year.
VOLUNTEER PAY – all employees are eligible for one paid volunteer day per calendar year to support a community organization of their choice.
TUITION REIMBURSEMENT – we support advanced education for our employees by providing reimbursement for approved undergraduate or graduate level courses at accredited colleges and universities.
DOMESTIC PARTNER BENEFITS – coverage in our benefits package is available to the domestic partners of our employees.
